Just 2 more questions from me. Are you leaving in second gear? Can I see some pics of the good timeslips? I'm curious as to how this thing half tracks and what not.
6.55@112 1/8th mile, 10.12@125 1/4.
608.5HP stock D16 stock sleeve/vitara.
Trying a new SOHC, J32A2.

Still have the car ... made it to the track back in April with new setup but blew 3rd gear  :'(

It also wasn't making as much power with the beefy internals.

As I was replacing trans, noticed Aluminum in oil (had to take off turbo-drain line to get trans off).

Tore engine apart and realized it was coming from cam journals ... not getting enough oil flow.

Currently working on replacing heads with upgraded valves for peace of mind. Too many other projects sucking up my time ... that's why it's all been taking so long.

May upgrade turbo too ... the old cast-wheel 72mm is running out of air at 30psi ... probably will get better feel in 2018 season, but already have my eye on a replacement  ;D
