« on: February 17, 2012, 09:06:36 am »
New to the forum, this question has probably been asked but is there a manual trans that the hasport motor mount kit does'nt work with?  It seems like it would'nt work with a cl trans. i believe.  thanks in advance.

works with all transmissions. the CL trans i believe you have to use a hole on the trans that isn't threaded, so you just have to thread it.

The CL trans you have to bore and tap.  Not a direct bolt on. Kind of a pain in the ass if you ask me. I've done it twice now...

But it can't be that bad if I'vs done it twice tho, lol....

With the CL trans...can you post a pic of where you mounted the bracket? I just got a CL trans and now read it's not a direct bolt up but can't find any images or detailed info
