Picked up this J32A3 from an '05 TL. $700 CDN (Go it home, did a comp test. 200, 200, 175, 200, 200, 0) Pulled the front head, 1 bent exhaust valve and contact marks on all three pistons. I think it was over revved, bad downshift. Ordered new parts, valve and 2 HG's. I'm going to pull the other head and take a peak in there, see what's up. Anyways, this is what I got:

Complete engine and 6 speed trans 100% factory
Complete engine harness
Shift cables
Alternator
Starter

Things I need:

Shifter box
Air Temp Sensor (I think, see photo)
Map Sensor
ECU
Remaining wiring (Any advice? Work with what I have? Go with CL-S harness?)
Clutch damper? Do the TL's have these too?
Exhaust (I have a guy making me something sweet... CAST-IN. Pssshhh... Not an issue.)

Thanks guys.

Yeah I know I scored a deal. Got really lucky, even with the damage to the engine. This is going into my '96 Integra RS w/ the HASport kit.

i assume that the motor is auto and you did not get the inside pedal box to control the "drive by wire " system?

Dude I said in my post that it came with a 6 speed trans and it's 100% factory.

I don't want to run TBW, I don't like it and don't want to run a different pedal.

MAP will come on a cable T-body. Is this a MAF (mass Air flow) motor? I can't remember.
You may have to run a different ECU and harness then the 05. The guys here will steer you in the right direction.

will sorry about that i miss read what you had. but you still need

37830-P8E-S00 SENSOR SET, MAP
16400-PGE-A12 BODY ASSY (TB assembly?)
16022-P8A-A03 VALVE SET, ROTARY AIR CONTROL
32110-PGE-A11 WIRE HARNESS, ENGINE (Can't work with mine?)
37880-P0A-A02 SENSOR ASSY., AIR TEMPERATURE (the sensor missing from the hole?)
37820-PGE-A12 CONTROL MODULE, ENGINE (ECU?)

this is the parts numbers , that you will need to make it run

I didn't mean to come off so harsh, I responded to that poorly, sorry. What vehicles do all these parts come from? If you could go into a bit more detail that would be awesome.

Have I picked a lemon of an engine? Will this be anymore of a pain in the ass than other motors? I would have gone CL-S but they're so damn expensive and hard to find.

The PGE-A12 # are from the 03 CL-s I believe. Not a lemon, your just going to have to squeeze it just a little more before you get your Lemonade.

And your guess on the parts are correct. Air Intake, ECU etc......

32110-PGE-A11 WIRE HARNESS, ENGINE (Can't work with mine?)/ yes it can you just re-pin the connector , because the puck-ups in that motor art the same as the 03 manual engine, if the engine is manual.

and the info i gave is the right parts you need to make that motor be converted and running in this car.

You will have to be more specific I don't understand. The engine is a manual.

I am no stranger to wiring, I can easily do this task. What parts do I need to get started? I have spare Integra harnesses, ECU plugs and an entire box full of Honda wiring from many different cars over the years.
