just curious to know what all you guys are using for exhaust what headers, size of pipe etc? i see alot of guys using either megan racing or comptech headers

i bought some cheap crap from ebay and thats exactly what it is is cheap crap but as soon as the car is running we are cutting the flanges off and doing custom exhaust from the heads back ending in a single 3 inch pipe

i grabbed a ebay stainless steel header.. its ok, better then i thought it would be though. gets the job done. it was like 104 shipped. im going to use an extendable test pipe to my 2.5 inch exhaust.

right now were using some cheap ebay headers that leak like crazy but im goin to try to figure out a way i can fix that behind that is 3 inch straight pipe runing in to a greddy muffler that restricts it to much so were thinking about a flowmaster or magnaflow with something like a dump tube out the back

I have a black Vibrant Muffler on my car right now, it is a D16z6 at the moment, and it is by far the best sound out of a Honda I have heard lately. It is a deep rumble and when it is idling it is not that loud at all.

so has anyone ran a 3 inch exhaust and is it necessary...trying to see if anyone has done dyno numbers and seen a difference..i have apexi ws2 catback and it sounds and feels great but if people are gaining power with 3 inch i plan on building a 3 inch with ws2 muffler

I have thermal research 3" stainless, it was priced good and deep sounding.

I have a 3 in on mine. Stock j pipe is killing me though. I made ~275 untuned. I will be running a 2.5 TD exhaust as soon as i get around to building it.

speaking of j-pipes does any one make a down tube that eliminates that 180 degree bend?
