I've made some with OEM combos....it's just hard and annoying buying so many used OEM axles in good shape. I will NOT piece together using aftermarket axles(EMPI, Napa, etc).

no but you know axles break. and i like oem combos. cause i can just go to the store and pick up a brand new one or go to junkyard and have one right there on the spot

I hear ya. Was just wondering because i have thought about getting a group buy together or something for DSS axles. They just redesigned their j-series ones.

i didnt actually try driveshaft shop i tried two different places that supossedly their axles would hold up pretty well but i made ample effort to try and buy their axles and they blew me off so im not going to beg somebody to take my money.im goin to make my own at some point but i dont have time to do it before IA cuz we have too much other stuff to do to get done but we did get it running a couple of days ago which was a big step

My Hasports have not failed yet, 200 miles spirited driving with limited traction. I only know of a few failures of these axles and when they broke it was on purpose. Something about 7k in the burnout box with slicks. When the slicks started to grab, the clutch was side-stepped and the throttle was not lifted. Just saying, I don't plan on driving under these conditions. But anything is possible,

I am going a different route, well at least i am working on the combo to use, I am getting the 5 lug conversion, and from a glance the look mostly the same, so therefor i am getting the Ctr look, Bigger brakes, rear disc conversion, and the use of stock axels from the accord type s... Has anyone looked into this, and is it even possible?

i was just wondering for the people running the hasport axles, r u running the level one or level 2 axles? i wanna do a j32 swap , pretty stock aside from intake and exhaust and i was wondering if the level one axles will be good enough for it?
