Hey all, my name is Rob hailing from Wichita Kansas. Yes, I know. :P A little background; I spent 7 years in the Navy as an aviation structural and hydraulic repair mech. Used to be a "domestic muscle only" until I bought an Integra when I was stationed in Florida in 2004, and I haven't looked back since. I do most of the work on my cars. Some things I just can't do, like machining. Swaps, suspension, maitenance etc I've got covered. 8)

Anyway, before I even knew that there had been a few J swaps already, I often discussed with my friends the idea of doing so. I mean, there's the Civette, if that's possible, why not a J? So of course with some searching I found some decent info, and a few swaps that have been done. Then I came across this site. I'm happy that it's around.

Currently, I drive a 96 EJ6 with a GSR swap. Once I get all the info I need, and source all my parts, I will sell my GSR swap to help fund the J swap. Or, sell the hatch and either buy an EJ1 or a DC2 to accomodate the swap. Am I correct in thinking that it hasn't been done on the EJx/EK chassis?

Thanks for making this site available. Hopefully I can buy all the parts before it hits the mainstream and prices shoot up. Lol.

Cheers.

Birdy.
