ok 01 j32a2 trip tronic in my 93 civic sedan.
car will start it just takes a while like 10 seconds or 15.
then starts and runs fine. i can give it a little throttle and it will start faster.
next prob at part throttle car runs great. this is with a load (in drive)
when i full throttle it it goes but seems to be booging and not accerelating fast. this is in the 4000 and up rpm range.
when i am in park or neautral it will free rev no prob.
ok i have checked the folowing
timing is good
i have 2 4 guage grounds one on trans one on eng.
just installed new plugs. as well
the batt votage not running is great. and grounds are good.
so any one have any ideas

My motor takes longer than normal to crank as well... I'm thinking it may have to do with not enough cranking amps with the normal honda batteries? but i don't know.

i prime my fuel pump a little bit before i just turn the key all in one shot...
otherwise it struggles a little to catch. Luckily the remote start does the same by itself.

I am using the stock EG 310 CCA battery, and mine works great. Immob removed I wait until the fuel pump cycles off then i crank. Works every time.

fixed!!!!!!!!!!!
found civic fuel pump was week.
checked and had no psi when the key was turned on, then when cranking would build to about 35psi and matian the 35 psi when running.
when throtling it would drop to 26psi.
so i pulled a used walbro 255 off the shelf. threw it an and checked key on psi.
it was 44psi as soon as i turned the key on then would start right away. throttled it and the psi rose to almost 50.
test drove and WOW!!!!!!! this car halus ass no more bogging. and runs great.
maby you guys should all switch to the 255 pump and that would help your starts and maby make it run even better.
thanks guys for the input..

Just installed the walbro today and adjusted the FPR. No more idle issues and fires right up.
Running on a ETX14 as well for battery.
