j series noobie question on E.C.U INFO

looking to see if any one has a good list of different ecus, and maybe some specs on their program. like max rpm, power output, things of that sort and really how to identify ecus form there car of origin, manual or auto? and the biggest question of all which is the best ecu to use?

I'm running a 2003 cl type s 6 speed ecu on my db7 and my car runs really good haven't really try another one but from my research that one is the best but then again it all depends the swap you running
