my odyssey ecu only redline to 5800rpm

does the odyssey ecu only redline up to 5800? and when it is at a stall it would only let me redline up to 4500.
5800 rpm is when the car is moving and i floor it. does anyone have this issue?

your in park. Its the same as limp mode except it doesn't throw a code...

the vss sensors need to see you move to go above the 4500 rpm mark.
