haha yup. Don't be scared to pick up a non lsd accord tranny as well. They are a lot more common, cheaper, and they hook up fine they aren't going to one wheel spin like crazy.

" and they hook up fine they aren't going to one wheel spin like crazy."

I'm interested why you think this?

Without an LSD why would it not?

Honestly i haven't personally experienced it. I was talking to RPM systems because i was worried that i should try to find an lsd transmission instead of my AV6 one but he said that he has done some swaps using the AV6 tranny and he would go to the track and street races and watch kids do burnouts and both wheels would hook up fine. He said it was because of the clutch setup along with some other things. I dunno though I'm sure if he chimes in he can explain things better and what he's witnessed.

Ummm..... ???

Maybe we should just stick to factual information....before misinformation gets tossed around.

Those are shaft sensors for the mainshaft and countershaft inside the transmission. How would they detect wheel spin?

I probably got it confused with traction control he was explaining to me. I dunno. he gave me so much information its hard to keep track. Like i said i'll just wait for him to chime in. Until then ill erase my misinformation ;)

pm rpm systems. He did a block/head combo that was right around 300. Sounded like a pretty basic setup too.

So what your saying is that the Manual (6mt) transmission ECU is not looking for the ABS and the Auto is?

Somethings not adding up here. So if I'm understanding you correctly your saying that the ABS system dictates how the engine will perform and since its not present the engine will run in LIMP?
