Anything is possible, you could set the cables and shifter up off the car and check you shift-motion
(make sure you can shift to all the gears)

Honda Tuning says that you can use the k series shifted and cables. Is this true? Anyone used them?

i also forgot to mention a good friend of mine works for acura parts department and he compared the 2 shifter boxes from the acura cl 2003 and the 2003 accord k24 shifter pretty much he said both of them would work but however the accord shifter box the linkage hooks up to the right side of the box and on the cl type-s box its on the left he said both would work but the accord one would probably be backwards so 1 3 6 would probably be on the bottom but this is what he told me i didnt actually hook it up in the car and see

That is correct. I had this problem with mine. Was able to fix fairly easily

yeah it will work thats what im currently using but i would reccomend getting the cls shifter box cause the rsx one feels a little wierd shifting into 5th and 6th gears...
