Where can I find info. on the J32A JDM motor. Do they run higher compression? Will all the sensors and transmission be the same as USDM? Or are these motors built very similarly with same hp ratings?

From what little information I have read there is only "slight" differences between the USDM and the JDM J32A. mainly plastic covers and the harness goes the other direction (RHD).

I've only found a couple of pictures of the JDM version, and its hard to tell, but it looked as though the intake manifold was alittle different. It looked like a better design if I'm looking at the correct motor. I would just like to find some numbers with this motor.

That looks like an older Accord manifold, not the new CL/TL.

Do you guys think you could run a JDM J32a with a USDM harness and ECU without throwing a code or having any engine issues?

yes you can but of course you have to do the same stuff to get rid of codes as you would with a usdm engine

the pic of the motors are just the base line of the CL/TL motors from japan . the funny thing is the U.S. has more 6 speed trannys come here , than they had in japan or china. more of there customer what the tip-tronic setup that the manual tranny. so almost all the motors you will see come out of these state side JDM motor shops is auto motors. not CL manual Type -S motors.
