Been fighting this stubborn idle issue. Has the stupid idle surging issues. Lower Fast idle ports suck air cold/ hot. Upper left can be blocked and idle drops to perfect level . But at the same time im fighting this stuborn P0560 code. (Battery Voltage Unstable) Its really urking me a bit. I feel that they might be related somehow. IACV has good power/ground/ fluctuating signal. No vaccum leaks whatsoever either.

Any ideas would be fabulous.

Im running the Stock CL-S ecu w/ 09TL manifold/ P2R adapter plate.

P0560 (PCM Back up Circut Low Voltage) The PCM constantly draws power to make backup copies of data such as DTC's, Freeze frame data and so on. if there is a short or open the the back up supply to the PCM the data stored in the PCM is erased when the ignition switch is turned off. IF the VBU voltage is a set value or less for a sespecific time period (2 seconds), the PCM detects a malfunction and stores a DTC.

Malfunction threshold:
The Backup power supply voltage(at the VBU teminal of the PCM) is 6.0 V or less for at least 2 sec when the battery voltage (at IGP terminal of the PCM) is 10.5V or more after start up.

All that being said. I would start looking at your back Memory supply to the ECM. possibly a fuse blown or a chaffed wire. Check the VBU wire going to the PCM and make sure your getting power. Make sure its not shorted to ground or shorted to other power supply. or possibly an open in this circut.

Start with the basics. Battery state of charge, Battery teminal connections (tight) make sure ther are no fuses blown, check for poor or lose connections, test the circut for power, ground and or continuity on the idividual wires.

Just my $0.02
