I have a j35a1 thats going in my Integra. My question is, what about the j35a3 makes it a more powerful motor? What are the differences between the motors?

Well my guess is the valve size, cam profile, and compression are the big differences between them.

Thats what I figured also. But I heard that one of the j35's use the same top eand as the TL-S, so I'm guessing that the j35a3 is the one that use the better heads and cams.

the power difference between the two is the intake manifold and the ecu.
