Heads up or down

I have a 2004 acura TL and the heads have the single out collecter. I was wondering will a 2003 TL/CL head work on my car bc it has three collecters and probably flows alot better, any help on this thanks.

good question. I would like to know this as well. I would be loking at head gaskets to see if there was a difference. Seems like I read somewhere that this was a possible head swap.

Since u work at a dealership couldn't u get your hands on a head gasket from each gen and compare them?

I am working on it. My dealership is small and we don't stock alot of head gaskets but I will double check part #'s

egr port is diff. but other than that im almost 100% sure it will bolt right up.
