is this swap good what are the pros an cons if any? compared to the J32 aside from the obvoius that the J32 is a bigger displacement engine an that the tranny is not LSD like the J32 just wondering cause sumone is selling me this swap for cheap!! any opinions or facts are appreciated.

honestly i think it would really depend on what "cheap" is to you and what your main goal with this car is

okay $1200 bucks for the complete swap an my main goal is DRAG RACING
NO everyday driving. another thing do you any1 with a 11sec or 10sec J-series swap would like to know what it took to get there.

no one has really built up the swap. In socal you have lots of experienced builders im sure you know and can help you with the build. I plan on doing a drag setup at some point as well. I would look into a j35 bottom end with j32a2 heads, custom race header, lightened clutch and flywheel, lsd trans, custom itb setup, built bottom end if you can. If you just want to get a a longblock and throw it in then i'd go for a j32a2. I got my whole swap (j32a2 longblock, accord tranny, alt, ecu, harness for 1300) so good deals on better swaps are def. out there just gotta look around.

yah i here you i guess its a fairly new swap. so thats why there would'nt be any serious cars with this swap just yet. about the swap price im sure my buddy is negotiable on the price for me!! seems like every1 likes that extra .2 liters lol..but yu really havent told me to much on the diffrence of the two

Your original post only list's one engine= ? comparison . If your comparing the J30 to the J32 or J35, which seems like the question your asking.
J30 bore and stroke are the same (square) for reference the B16a is square
J32 bore is larger than the stroke ( j35 bore with J30 stroke)
j35 bore is smaller than the stroke ( like a B20 )
J30 is limited to its heads (cams, ports and valves are small)
j32 has the good cams, ports and large valves
J35 has huge stroke but limited by RPM
review the database for detailed information/

thank you thats what i wanted to know. so the heads are a burden for performance when you compare it to the J32 gotcha buddy..
