Good auto tranny for 2001 Acura CL-S

My 2001 CL-S is starting to shift hard. I started doing some research on the net and discovered they are famous for failing. So, to prepare for any impending doom I'm trying to find out what would be a good auto tranny to swap in.

The ideal would be the easiest swap with good reliability.

Maybe the 2005-up TL-S trannies?
How about Accords?

Can anybody advise?

one of the main question , do you leave in a state were you have you car checked over? if not then pick up a 03 cl tranny or 04 tl tranny 6 speed . then use the richie v6 box and you will be good to go.
