So I thought I would introduce myself. I have been in hondas since 2001. I was always a prelude guy. until I got my acura cls 6spd.

I use the name kulrevon on the other forums. I am not sure if we are allowed to name them. but alot of the J series information should be collected on sites like, honda-tech.com, v6performance.net, and acura-zine.com

I hope to contribute to the forum as best I can. I am not currently working on this project anymore but might start back up in the near furture. Since no one else is looking to do a j series in a prelude I hope to be the first of one of the first. But all the mounts, harness, axles, linkage will all have to be somewhat custom for the lude.

The engine was going to be a J37 crank with CLS pistons in a J32 block I have. Using CLS heads and such. Possibly the J37 intake manifold depending how the dynos look. and all the bolt ons. Looking for a 300whp. which a few guys are pushing on j35's on acurazine.

Let me know if you guys have questions.

Welcome, I think the Lude will be a nice swap when you get done. Good luck.

Very nice. I dont think Ive seen you around AZ though. Same name there too.

The J37 intake manifold will make more power. It makes about 3whp more the a ported CL-S intake manifold with P2R plenums (which makes about 10whp more then stock).

So ~13whp out of the J37 manifold is pretty damn good. P2R makes the throttle body adapters also. The runners on J37 manifold are shorter then the CL-S, its made out of magnesium, and has an 80mm bore.

Yeah I have the same name on all of the forums. including all the cbr ,honda, acura,rx7, and rotary forums.

I would love if the J37 bell housing from the TL-SH and RL fit the 6 spd fwd trans. but I believe that has been shown not to work.

this would solve the whole mix and match of parts from the j37.

build looks solid you shouldn't give up on it. Ya its fine to mention those site I have used them as reference for myself before. It just seems that it isn't really easy to gather information from them thats why i made j32a.

I thank you for that. AcuraZine has a horrible search function and I dont go to V6P that often.
