Hasport Mount... Anyone Modified them ?

Ok , so does anyone have ever tried to '' shim '' them down about a inch ?

I know it get close betwen the Differential and the Subframe stuff but i think it could be done... 1 inch lower wouldnt be too bad for ground clearence and would help for hood issues..

1 inch is not really gonna make that big of a difference. I am in the process of making a template to make your own hood (DIY). Coming along slowly though.

Shimming down the Hasport mount kit looks doable. and it would be nice. Try it and let us know how it works out for you.

Yea, but it would make for a bad angle on the axles if you had the car already lowered.

I really have to get around to buy a set. Then post the specs on the net so people can make there own.
