I have an engine out of a 01 CL-S

It only came w/ the TCS Control valve, but a friend of mine
had a TB out of an 02 Odyssey which should work fine?

From what I understand the TCS is sent a signal when the wheels slip and basically reduces power to regain traction.

Being that I have a 95 CX which was not equipped with any fancy features such as abs/traction control, do I need to install the unit?

I will have be having Don re-work my harnesses, so I am assuming if I do not need this unit that he will remove any wiring for the TCS unit.

Or am I mistaken and this unit serves an entirely different purpose?

Make sure to get the gasket for whichever TB your using. Slight changes between the models(ODYssey, Accord, Pilot, CL, TL) can give youvaccum leak headaches. Should be fine just use the right gasket.

Good advice, there will be enough headaches to be had, that a simple mix-

matched gasket is one I'd like to avoid.

Have you heard any legit gains to be had from a throttle-body spacer or is that just shiny anodized snake oil?
