i want a j swap into a ef

ok i sold my eg now im buying a 88 flat back ( ef ) . can somebody give me some kind of detailed info on fitting the j swap into it , and i heard of hasports eg mounts cant fit but gotta do some custom work . any detailed info thnx guys

Hasport is coming out with EF mount kit at the end of the year, other than that you are going to have to fab up your own mounts. P2R had a EF with a j30 swap in it a while back...if you can fab or have a friend, or shop that can, look at the pics and you can get a idea of the fab work they did to get it in. You need a couple of Integra driver side mounts and a rear b-series swap mount. Then you build brackets for the driver side, rear, and the right side to mount the engine.

i called them they have told me they not coming out wit the mo8nt until 2010 but they dont know exactly when . i hope i dont wait dat long

Your saying that the EG Hasport mounts/brackets for the v6 will work in a EF. What about the mount on the passenger side that has to be welded to the chassis, will that work with the EF chassis.
