According to NVA-AV6

"J35A4 (03-04 Pilot) or J32A2 (2nd gen CL-S/TL-S) block, your oil pump ect will bolt up to eaither block.
J37 Crank, Rods and bearings from the 07 MDX (You must use the MDX rod bearings, the MDX rods and crank have a larger rod journal then other J motors )
05 RL Pistons and Rings"

Hey im sort of doing the same as you.

Im putting a J32A2 motor into my 3.0CL

Im doing a

J32A2 Block
J32A2 Heads posibly ported out.
J32A2 Intake manifold ported and plem spacers
J35Z3 Crank with 5mm rear spacer
J35Z3 Rods
J32A2 Pistons

Im gonna build custom 1.75" primary mid length headers

Goal is 320whp on a 4 speed auto
