Vacuum line help

My J32 hatch as been sitting awhile and i started it up yesterday and the idle is bouncing. I seen an open line that has vacuum on it. It looks to be a type of valve, it connect vacuum from both sides of the intake manifold about the thermostat. Wondering if anyone know where the is suppose to hook to.
