yes everything is from same car 2003 cl type S 6 speed. the heads are off a 2003 cl-s motor i bought from a friend.

so iam assuming the ecu is only thing missing, if u would plz what else is needed other than axles and mounts to get this in and running, like sensors, pulleys, just wondering if anything is missing that ill need to get that u dont all ready have, thanks
