I'm planning to do a J swap on my 92 civic eg. My car is auto and i don't want it manual. I already have another k20 civic manual. I want to keep this car auto. What would i need to make it work and fit? How hard is it to do. I do own a mechanic shop so i can do most of the work no problem. Does the automatic tranny drop in or is it too big for the eg? Also how about the hood clearance and wiring for the ecu? Do they sell mounts for the automatic into the eg? Any help would be great. Don't tell me to convert it to manual because i just want auto like i said. Money is not a problem if i need to spend abit more.

It will fit, Don @ RPM Systems makes auto mounts for use with the Hasport manual mounts , he also does wiring. You would use the auto ECU.
