WTB Shifter Mount Kit

Hey guys, here's the situation. I've been calling Tim @ API to order the Shifter Mount kit to finish my Integra but I can't even count how many times I called and there's never an answer. I can understand if he's busy but I really need this part to finish my car and If anyone knows how I can get my hands on it, please let me know asap. Thank You.

wow i know what you mean that was my situation when i was trying to get axles except he would answer then tell me he was going to set it up and then blow me off.

personally if i were you i would buy the new hybrid racing shifter for the kswapped cars that is what i used and i love it i think it is awesome its expensive but worth every penny

I am ussing the karcepts shifter plate with an RSX-S in my Integra. Have you looked into this option?

haha man I thought I was the only one. Wolydotmatrix has been lucky to buy the shifter mount kit from him.

Since you bought the hybrid racing shifter, what car did you buy it for. And since it's for Kswapped cars, would it also work on a J-swap b/c that's what I did with my integra. If it really works for J swaps as well, then I'll be sure to try it. Thanks for the advice.

I just looked into it but I have to be sure that a shifter mount kit for a K-Swap will work just as good for a J-Swap as well.

i have a cl s swap in my eg that we finished yesterday and it works awesome in my car.im thinking that using the stock cl shifter or accord shifter would feel the same ,due to the similarity in design, as using the stock rsx shifter in a k swapped car and if i am right in my thinking then using the hybrid racing shifter would be a huge advantage. my buddy has a kswapd car with the rsx shifter and my hybrid shifter feels way better it is awesome.oh yeah ben "hondaboy4life" has the hybrid shifter in his jswapd integra and he said his works great

Just realize that the accord and cl-s transmissions shift differently. The accord pushes when the cl-s pulls, so the gears are reversed if you comix the shift boxes. I think someone addressed this in one of the forums.

O man I can't thank you guys enough but seriously, that video will help clear my way to getting my Integra done. This is sweet! Just when I started to lose hope I'm all giddy again. Thank you J32.com. I love you guys no homo lol. If I have any more problems related to this, I'll post it up.

Alright i posted this question on the other thread but i'll do it here incase, can I use the cl-s shifter cables with the rsx-s hybrid racing SHIFTER BOX AND RSX-S SHIFTER???

yes you can that is what i did. i have the cl-s shifter cables with the hybrid shift box and it works great

I'm really asking if the cl-s cables will also work not only with the shifter box from Hybrid Racing but also the rsx-s shifter itself... I want to be 100% sure before I spend the amount of money that that kit costs.

I need to know this answer also. I can tell you that if you go to www.acuraautomotiveparts.org you can look at the shifters and cables from both the cl-s and the rsx-s and they appear to be very similar, but i've never seen a cl-s shifter box in person.
