What are you using for pedals? And where is your clutch safety switch?
Double check all your grounds.

why would you need Richie's box , unless you are a auto/manual swap? if you are running a true manual swap as you say than you don't need that box. you just need to make a sub-harness to go from the A-plug to the E-plug. plus what are you going to do for fuel and timing due to the displacement problem and cam ?

I'm using 6th gen accord pedals and the clutch switch is hooked up. i even tried to ground it. i also put an extra ground from engine to chasis.
I know that i don't need Richies box, i just put that there to help eliminate the problem. i did convert the A plug to E plug.
why would i have fuel and timing issues? i have the CL-s cams and timing gears along with cam and crank sensors.
The displacement is off. 3.2 vs 3.5. Will be a little on the lean side. Plus there is untapped power without fuel managment.
Double check all the wires and where they go. May have something backwards.

I did this exact swap into my 02 accord and had the same problem. What I did to take the headache away was use a push start button to get it to turn on.

No problem man. Glad I can help a fellow accord owner.
