Misfire misfire misfire

Ok heres my story. After having my ek sit in the garage for almost an entire year working on this rediculous swap, it starts to misfire after about 2 weeks of driving. So far i've replaced plugs, fuel filter, 02 sensor, cleaned idle air control valve, cleaned egr valve, checked for bad coils and i've even foolishly replaced the battery in a last desperate attempt.
Can someone please help me before the STUPID FUCKIN MONEYPIT HONDA turns me into a muscle car guy.

Check your valve lash? (too tight?)
compression/ cylinder leak down test? (burnt valve, bent valve, etc....)
1 cylinder misfire?
Multiple cylinders misfire?
What kind of fuel? (octane)
What kind of plugs?
How did you testyour coils?
Misfire occurs when? (idle/under load/WOT)
What is your water temp sensor for the ECM reading not the one eor the cluster?
Is engine grounded correctly?
