Innovative Mounts Not Clearing Hood

Is anyone else using the innovative/hybrid mounts. I am trying to get them to clear the hood in a 95 hatch with the j32a2. The hood is not closing and would just like some opinions on spacing the hood or should I cut it.

Not sure about innovative mounts, but most J32 don't fit and guys end up cutting their hood. Does their mounts say that it will clear? Can you get away with just cutting the webbing?

Already cut the webbing and the manifold is hitting. I have a j32a2 and the manifold will not clear as it is different from the advertised motor hybrid racing/innovative used. I was just curious if anyone else could space their hood and still have it look alright, although I will prob. end up still cutting.

I used the composite spacers from a d-series fuel rail. at the four bolt locations on the hood. Longer bolts of course. about 3/4" of spacing and did not have to adjust the hood latch.

Does your motor clear? I would prob. have to space the rear about an inch and a half or so. I really don't want to cut it just to keep attention away and also to not have to worry about the weather.
