Hey all, i have j32a2, i took IM cover off and i noticed theres kinda throttle dividing manifold in 2, is it for EGR? should i crank it open all time? whats with 2 TB, first one is controled by ecm, so i eliminate that one right?

The butterfly between the plenum chambers opens at high RPM's to allow additional scavanging; it's been disabled by most users and some have even put forth dyno experiences that show the benefit of just removing it, or rigging it open at all times.

The secondary TB you are talking aout is there as a traction control device so that the ECU can throttle down the engine if the VSA system kicks in.

so if i remove that secondary throttle, will that set MIL or cause driveablity probs?
