few 6 speed questions

finally got me one of the well sought after 6 speed trans's, few questions...

~will prelude cables and box work?
~my j30a1 is auto right now, can i just swap the trans and ecu, iv herd that the crank shaft position sensor has to be changed but personally that dont make a damn lick of since to me, the motor shouldn't know the difference between the two transmissions....
~iv always 80-90 ran gear oil in my b series trans, can i run it in the j?
~will my civic clutch cylinder provide enough pressure for the j trans?

thanks don, iv actually done my whole build off of your information haha. and thanks for the quick reply. so prelude box wont work, would a 4 cylinder accords work? im thinking about just getting the hybrid k series shifter box but thats $$ i dont have right now.
