Coming into here, I have a feel for what is needed. The main question I think a lot of people will have coming in though is, "what is the best J to use"?

I've seen arguments for J35's, J32's and even the J30's.

What's the best bang for the buck? What's the easiest? What's the best? Anyone with the all around knowledge that can break it down for the database or anything?

There should be a hybrid motor setups thread in the database. That breaks some stuff down a tiny bit. Make sure at the bottom under display options you select view "from the last year" or something along those lines to make sure all the database threads pop up... If that doesnt clear anything up let us know. It seems that the best/mostly seen swap is the j32a2 out of the cl-s and tl-s. I am running an '03 tl-s auto longblock swap and auto ecu in my integra and the swap was very easy and pulls solid.
