Fuel system question

Hey yo!
im geting ready to to a j in ek chassis, my q was j come with returnless type fuel system and all 4cyl. hondas have return type, so u change fuel rail or what?
need to upgrade a fuel pump? bosch 044?
If any of you did j in Ek is there any hits/tricks that im gonna run into that i should know? thnx

Which J are you using? Mine (j32a2) came with a return line setup...

in my ek i had to run an eg subframe and a walbro 255 and that was about it. i thought it was a pretty straight forward swap and pretty easy. gl
