OK I'm doing the J32A3 from the '05 TL w/ 6 speed trans. Engine is manual.

HASport kit in the car (96 Integra), ready for motor.

I would like to know some details about the wiring harness I should use. I have the harness that came with the motor and there's 3 big plugs over the transmission area. I'm guessing this connects to the remainder of the harness for the car.

Does the CL-S harness go from the engine all the way to the ECU? Should I be getting this harness? Anybody have one for sale/exchange plus money for mine?

What plug will I need to go from the ECU to the instrument panel? Im using a CL cluster.

I also need an ECU. Which should I be running?

Thanks.

The CL harness does go al the way to the ECU. If the engine is manual, stick with a manual ECU and harness to avoid costly fix.

As far as the cluster goes you will probobaly have to make your own pig tail for the cluster.
I have only seen one so far (in a EK). Heis on this forum as well.

also to make things easy Don from RPM Systems can make you a jumper harness for the missing plug that you need that goes into the ecu . are two of the plugs you are talking about the C101 plug and C102 plug? if so they go into the two plugs that are on the driver side strut tower via a jumper harness Don can make for you

there is going to be a slight problem with what you got. your 05 is drive by wire so you have two chooses:

-get the drives gas pedal and part of the body harness and dash cluster , find way to mount pedal

- get a j32a2 cl manual ecu and wiring harness and convert the throttle body to a j32 cl / tl or j35

i have been looking to do a drive by wire systems, but have not have to get the motor and really try it yet. i do have the wiring layout pretty much.

Now all I need you to figure out is how to wire up an auto Pilot engine into a 98 Civic...and make it AWD, LMAO

i second the number 2 option. the DBW is a pain. convert it... its easy...

Thanks for the replies guys.
I know this wiring will be a task to say the least but I do love a challenge.
Now I know what parts to buy.
