idle problem needs some help

Alright so I've had my j35 swap in my car now for about a year now that it is cold outside the idle is goin nuts when I first start it in the mornings I'm looking at the "intake air bypass control thermal valve" when I plug it it idles fines when its cold any suggestions


The symptoms are high idle and surging idle
