so i was noticing that the gauge cluster on the auto has a lower redline then a manual cluster...im guessing because of tranny but was not sure..im going to tune my aem this week and wanted to know there is no difference between the to motors internally...meaning i can rev this auto j32a2 to 7200 jus like a manual j32a2 motor...thanks..dont want to break anything..

there are differences in the engines built design . cam , i know is different . the auto engines were setup to do 6300 - 6500 .just start out between 6300 - 6500 at first and see what the dyno has to say when you look at the readings.

u think the springs & retainers are the same...dont want to break a retainer or drop a valve

the valves and springs are the same , the cams are what are different.
why do all of the camshafts have the same part numbers if that is the case?
