Who has used the mounts from Innovative?

What is your ground clearance like? Mount quality?

I'm having a hard time finding info about anyone's experience with these, or if they've even been used by someone.

I am using them. The quality is great but the ground clearance isn't. Any of the mounts that you run that allow the hood to be closed you will have ground clearance issues. I have about 2 inches of fender gap and still scrape my header multiple times. Some of my roads also arn't the best and i've learned to drive to avoid scraping.

^ So your saying that Innovative mounts are better then Hasport?

I haven't really looked at hasport mounts in a comparative way so i can't really say. They both seem like good mounts... innovatives are cheaper and don't have a through the hood design that i know of... hasports have the through the hood/better ground clearance option. Also the innovative are all steel no billet.

Those were their prototypes before they even had the mount kit that was pictured... They have addressed all the issues and the mount kit i am now running was a direct bolt in zero modifications needed.

Would you say that the engine has been placed in the same spot as far as the side-to-side and back-and-forth axis? Just lower overall?

I am looking into options to lower my engine so I can close my hood. I only need to drop it until the front valve cover is below the hood line. I'm having a custom intake made to gain the rest of the needed clearance.

I am already running the GEN1 HAS mounts, and am thinking about modifying what I already have.

All this feedback is great. The more I know...

Im using the Innovative mounts now the hasport ones are just not making the cut. Not knocking Hasport but Im tired of breaking there mounts and having to wait for there new and improved mounts. I've recieved three new and improved mount kits from Hasport and they bust every time.

The motor seems slightly more forward compared to hasports as well. I can't take my front coils out because they will hit the radiator support.

Not getting your coil out seems like it would steer people away. Especially someone that is getting tuned on the dyno and needs to check their plugs

I got mine tuned without removing my front coils ;).

What chassis are they being used in?
