okay, I'm planning to do the same, I have most of the parts but i want to get it all before attempting to throw in the motor, done a lot of research an basically all i need is:

-Motor (j32a2)
-Mounts (Hybrid racing)
-Transmission (accord 6 Speed)
-RPM Conversion
-Fuel lines
-Axles
-Shifter assembly (trying to figure out K or the accords)
-ECU
-Harness
-steering column (need to figure out)

RIGHT?, been researching for 2 weeks trying see if anything else is needed help me out.

you dont need to get the steering column. and as far as shifter goes if you have the money then you should just buy the hybrid racing shift box it is awesome!

alright, how come some of the builds i see they basically swap out the whole front suspension, lca, steering column, subframe?

the only reason i can think of somebody might do that is to get the key switch so they dont have to remove the immobilizer but i dont know. however you dont have to have the steering column i didnt change it out in my car

what is so good about the hybrid racing shifter box and how much do they run?

i think they are around four hundred but i love it . theres no play in the shifter when its in gear, you can adjust the shortness of the throw and its easy to in to install.you dont have to cut up your center tunnel, you can adjust the height of the shifter, its just a really nice piece i love it

that sounds like something i should invest in, do you have a link? also do these utilize the stock cables?

edit: you're reffering to their k shifter box correct? are you able to use stock j cables or do you have to use k cables?

yes that is what i was reffering to and yes you can use stock cables i used j series cables with mine
