Hi,
I`m just curious what are you running for a spring rate and shock combo?

I am running 450 lb on all four corners with ITR shocks. Will probably change over to 600 in the front and 550 in the rear (track use). New springs = new shocks too= more $ =more time.

Simple Ground control sleeves, maybe Skunk2's can't remember
old school Buddy Club Racing Specs(Japanese ones) with 600/550. Perfect balance IMO. Had 500/550's and the front rebound had to be cranked up to compensate for the weight. The 600 springs took care of it and it handles better and rides smoother.
The motion ratio of the CL front suspension is much different than the Civic. I put 450's on the front of a CL and it was incredibly stiff...450's on a Civic isn't very aggressive at all!
