I posted this info also in my intro thread but, as you can read I'm having some issues with my swap. I'm free to any ideas.

If someone has any way of helping my verify my wiring this would be greatly appreciated.

the car is a 95 integra RS

motor is a j32a2 out of an 03 tls
running the 03 tl/cls auto ECU
03 cl-s 6 speed tranny with Assco flywheel and factory clutch.
Other than the FPR system and flywheel its stock.

here is my build thread on v6p.

The ecu is throwing 6 codes currently. 3 of them are related to the auto tranny being missing. 1 is Vtec pressure switch which I know the issue. Now the other 2 are slightly puzzling to me. 1 is high output voltage from ECT, which I don't know whats up with that because all wiring related to sensors has not been touched. But, I was curious to know how badly this can effect the ECU adjusting the tune, like timing retard ect.. ??

The other is either a big issue or maybe nothing. It is a p1607 code which shows to be PCM internal circuit malfunction. Now I have removed the immobilizer and have been told that the ECU will throw a code because of this. But I cannot seem to find an immobilizer specific code, so this one would make since in regards to the code

thanks in advance.

If something is wrong in the engine control module (ECM)/powertrain control module (PCM), and there is a loss of monitor
signals from the back-up CPU, or if the abnormality of the data which is read from EEPROM is detected a set number of
times continuously, or if output from the circuit in the immobilizer is abnormal for a set time period or longer, a malfunction is
detected and a DTC is stored.

Probobaly due to the Immobilizer bieng removed

ok, this has been suspect for some time. But, I have a question. Has everyone else that has removed the immobilizer also done something else to the ECU to prevent this?

For me, no, I am a NC state inspector ie. my car will always pass state inspection.

I believe RPM sys. has a chip you can solder in toeliminate the code for the Imob.
